摘　　要：经济发展方式和环境保护的涵义均在不断拓展,形成的共同交集包括经济结构调整、技术创新、资源节约、环境保护、包容性发展等。金融机构作为现代经济的核心部门,通过环境金融政策引导资源配置,将在经济发展方式转变的各个环节,提供有力支持。"十二五"时期中原经济区建设面临新机遇,转变经济发展方式也更加迫切。金融机构通过提供环境金融支持和创新服务方式,将发挥关键促进作用。With the continually expanding of the economic development mode and environmental protection, the common intersection made includes： economic restructuring, technological innovation, resource conservation, environmental protection, inclusive development, etc. As the core of modern econ- omy, through guiding the allocation of resources with environment and financial policies, the financial institutions will provide strong support during the changing in the mode of economic development in all aspects. During the ＂12th Five-Year＂ period, the economic development in central economic zone is facing new opportunities, and changing the mode of economic development is more urgent. Through the providing environmental financial support and innovative services, financial institutions will play a key role.
