摘 要:夜光涤纶纤维是一种以成纤聚合物PET为纤维基材,添加稀土铝酸锶微粒发光材料制备而成的光致发光高科技功能纤维,文中研究了纱线结构、织物组织及经纬密对夜光机织物发光亮度的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,织物的浮长线越长,发光亮度越大;在织物的紧度一定,保证经纱露出织物表面不被纬纱遮盖的前提下,织物的密度越大,其发光亮度越大;若将夜光丝的截面异形化,可在改善其光泽度的同时增加产品的发光亮度。Luminescent polyester fiber is a photoluminescent high-tech functional fiber which has been prepared by adding fiber-forming polymer PET chips as base material and also SrAl2O4 :Eu2+ , Dy3+ luminescent materials. In this research, the effect of yarn structure, fabric weave and fabric density on the brightness of luminescent woven fabric have been studied. The result indicates that in a certain range the longer the floats on the fabric is, the higher the brightness will be. When the fabric tightness is certain and under the premise of the warp ends exposed to the fabric surface and not be covered by the weft yam, the higher the density of the fabric is, the higher the brightness will be. If the cross-section of the luminescent fiber is textured, it can improve the luster, and increase the brightness of the product as well.
