摘 要:硫醇-烯烃点击反应是反应速度快、产率高、产品结构可控的高效环保合成技术。以三羟甲基丙烷-三巯基丙酸酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为原料,通过巯基和双键的点击反应制备了一种新型的含硫环氧树脂,产率达99.16%。利用红外光谱和氢核磁共振谱图对含硫环氧树脂的化学结构进行了表征。采用甲基六氢苯酐固化含硫环氧树脂。用差热和热重分析测得玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和表观热分解温度分别为72.0℃和310.9℃。The thiol-ene click reaction has become an efficient and environment-friendly synthesis technology because of its many advantages,including rapid reaction speed,high yield,controllability to chemical structure,and quantitative and positioning reaction.This paper reported the synthesis of a novel epoxy resin containing sulfur by thiol-ene reaction between trimethylolpropane tri(3-mercaptopropionate) and glycidyl methacrylate with yield of 99.16%.The chemical structure of epoxy resin containing sulfur was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NM1Z techniques.The glass transition temperature of 72℃ and the thermal decomposition temperature of 310.9℃ of the resultant resin cured by methyl hexahydrophthalic anhydride were also measured by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA),respectively.
