双[2,2'-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸]羟基铝的制备及表征

摘　　要：以自制的2,2'-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酰氯为原料,经磷酸酯化水解、加碱中和成盐以及置换等反应,合成有机磷酸盐类聚丙烯成核剂双[2,2'-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸]羟基铝。通过红外光谱、热失重分析仪、元素分析和核磁共振等对反应中间体和产物进行表征和成分分析,对比合成产物与中间体2,2'-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸钠的区别。结果表明,产物的特征和结构与双[2,2'-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸]羟基铝相一致。The organic phosphates polypropylene nucleating agent bis [ 2, 2′-methylene-bis （4, 6-di-tert-butylphenyl） phosphate] hydroxyl aluminum was prepared with homemade 2, 2′-methylene-bis （4, 6-di-tert-butyl-phenyl） phosphorus oxychloride as raw materials by a series of reactions such as esterification, hydrolysis, neutralization and the replacement reaction. The reaction intermediate and synthesized product were analyzed by means of FTIR, TGA, elemental analysis and NMR, compared with the synthesized product and intermediate （2, 2′-methylene-bis （4, 6-di-tert-butyl-phenyl） sodium phosphate. The result indicated that the characteristics and structure of the synthesized product were consistent with bis [ 2, 2′- methylene-bis （4, 6-di-tert-butylphenyl） phosphate ] hydroxyl aluminum.
