摘 要:为建立一种高选择性的Fe3+荧光探针测定Fe3+含量,设计并合成了一种罗丹明衍生物(探针1)用于Fe3+含量的测定.结果表明:在pH 6.00的V水∶V乙醇=1∶1的溶液中,荧光探针显示微弱荧光,当向其中加入Fe3+后,在580 nm处荧光增强,探针对Fe3+显示了较高的选择性.除Al3+和Ni2+对Fe3+的测定有干扰外,其他碱金属、碱土金属和过渡金属均不干扰探针1对Fe3+的测定.该探针对铁离子的线性响应范围是8.0×10-6~1.0×10-3mol/L,检测下限是2.4×10-6mol/L.该探针用于中药材怀菊花、怀牛膝中Fe3+的测定,测量结果令人满意.A highly selective fluorescent probe was constructed to determine the content of Fe3+. A fluorescent probe 1 for Fe3+ based on the rhodamine derivative was designed and synthesized. The probe 1 exhibits very slight fluorescence in the range from 540 nm to 660 nm. Upon the addition of Fe3+,the fluorescence intensities of probe 1 increase at around 580 nm with increasing concentration of Fe3+. Except Al3+ and Ni2+,the probe 1 exhibits high selectivity for Fe3+ over a large number of cations such as alkali, alkaline earth and transitional metal ions. The linear response range covers a concentration range of Fe3+ from 8.0×10-6 to 1.0×10-3 mol/L and the detection limit is 2.4×10-6 mol/L. The determination of Fe in both Chrysanthemum morifolium Romat. and Achyranthes bidentata Blume displays satisfactory results.
