摘　　要：以荷花成熟胚为材料,研究不同消毒剂、培养基对荷花离体培养的影响.结果表明:0.1%HgCl2消毒8 min,污染率为0,成活率86.63%是有效消毒方式;根据不同浓度植物激素的培养基对成活率,萌发率及生长状况分析,MS+0.5 mg.L-16-BA+0.5 mg.L-1NAA为适宜诱导荷花成熟胚萌发的培养基;以MS+1.0 mg.L-16-BA+1.0 mg.L-1NAA为培养基所生成的根数、芽数相对较高.By using lotus＇s mature embryos as the test material, the effect of different disinfectors and medium were studied on lotus culture in vitro. Results showed that the effective disinfection method is 0.1% HgC12 defecting material for 8 min, showing that the pollution rate is 0, and the survival rate is 86.63%. The appropriate medium for inducing germination of lotus＇s mature embryos is MS＋0.5 mg·L-1 6-BA＋0.5 mg·L-1 NAA. The medium of MS＋ 1.0 mg· L-1 6-BA＋ 1.0 mg· L-1 NAA to generate the number of roots and buds is relatively higher.
