摘 要:以安徽省中南部5种森林类型为研究对象,开展了土壤微生物数量的变化特征研究。结果表明:森林土壤中各类菌群数量均呈现为细菌>放线菌>真菌;在同一深度的土层中,阔叶林的微生物总数最多,其次是针阔混交林,最少的为针叶林;各森林类型均有相似的垂直分布特征,即微生物数量随着土层深度的增加而减少;杉木纯林与杉木间伐林对比实验,差异不明显。In this paper 5 different forest types in Central and South Anhui were selected as the research objects and the quantitative variation characteristics of the soil microorganisms were analyzed. The results showed that the numbers of various microorganisms in different forest types were in the following order: bacteria 〉actinomycetes 〉fungi. In the same-depth soil layer, the number of the soil microorganisms was the biggest in the broadleaved forest followed by that in the mixed coniferous and broadleaved forest, and that in the coniferous forest was the smallest. The vertical distribution characteristics of the microorganisms were similar in all the 5 forest types that the number of the microorganisms became smaller with the increase of the soil depth. Contrast experiments showed there was no significant difference between the pure forest and the intermediately-thinned forest of Cunninghamia lanceolata.
