Study on the Seedling-raising and Growth-Development Patterns of the Seedlings and Seedling Plantations of Phyllostachys edulis in the Mountain Areas of South Anhui

摘  要:自1998年以来,笔者在祁门县开展了毛竹实生苗培育和造林试验,总结了毛竹实生苗的不同发育时期及其实生林竹高、胸径和笋成竹的发育规律。结果表明,1~5年竹高生长增长较快,年均增高100cm以上,6年后高生长率逐年降低;1~8年生时,胸径生长较快,到第8年时,竹林平均胸径达6.8cm;1~3年,发笋成竹率较高,每丛年发笋成竹超过10株,第4年后逐年下降;笋成竹数与竹高、胸径呈负相关,即随竹高、胸径生长的增大而逐渐下降。Since 1998, experiments on the seedling-raising and seedling afforestation of Phyllostachys edulis have been carried out by the author in Qimen County. The development characteristics of the seedlings in different development periods and the height, DBH and shoot-grown bamboo development patterns of the seedling plantations of Phyllostachys edulis were generalized. The results showed that the height growth of the 1 to 5-year-old bamboo plants was fast with the mean annual height increment of 100 cm, but decreased year by year from the 6th year. The DBH growth of the 1 to 8-year-old bamboo plants was fast with the mean DBH reached 6.8 cm in the 8th year. The number of the newly shoot-grown bamboos in the plantations in the first 3 years was big and over 10 per cluster and fell year by year from the 4th year. The number of the newly shoot-grown bamboos showed a negative correlation with the height and DBH, and decreased as the height and DBH growth of the plantations increased.
