摘 要:讨论不同材料光纤级联拉曼光纤放大器(Raman Fiber Amplifier,RFA)增益谱平坦化技术,对把耦合波方程解析解直接应用在不同材料光纤级联中的方法提出一种改进,即将受激拉曼散射耦合波方程解析解的化简形式具体应用到普通石英光纤和掺磷石英光纤级联中,使输出端得到一个固定的功率输出值,从而实现信号光增益谱的平坦化。仿真结果表明,根据改进方法所设计的放大器增益平坦度高,信号光功率增益大,可实现不同材料光纤级联RFA增益的平坦化。In Raman fiber the analytica This paper the gain flattening technique for different material optical amplifier (Raman Fiber Amplifier, RFA) was discussed. The method 1 solution of coupled wave equation directly in the different material fiber cascaded which applied s optical fiber cascaded was improved. The improved method firstly applied the simplified form of the stimula- ted Raman scattering coupled wave equation in the ordinary quartz optical fiber and the phosphor- us doped silica fiber cascaded. Then a fixed power value can be got at output end, thus the flat- tening of the signal optical gain spectrum can be achieved. The simulation results demonstrated that, the amplifier designed according to the improved method can obtain a highly flatness gain and a high light power gain of the signal. Therefore the gain flattening of the RFA of the different materials optical fiber cascade can be achieved by the improved method.
