摘　　要：目的:研究308nm准分子光治疗白癜风的疗效,评估其安全性。方法:对136例白癜风患者302处皮损进行308nm准分子光局部照射,每周2次,随访6个月。结果:308nm准分子光平均照射30次,总有效率为71.52%,显效率为42.38%。色素恢复随照射次数增加而增多;不同部位皮损疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),头面与躯干部皮损的疗效明显优于手足部位,局限型、散发型、肢端型、节段型的总有效率均优于泛发型;不良反应有局部红斑、脱屑、水疱和疼痛,患者一般能耐受。结论:308nm准分子光局部照射白癜风效果好,不良反应少。Purpose ： To study the efficacy of vitiligo treatment with 308nm excimer light and its safety assessment. Methods： 136 patients with a total 302 skin lesions were treated focally with a 308nm excimer light twice a week with follow up in 6 months. Results： After an average 30 times of 308nm excimer light treatment, the overall improvement was 71.52%, 42. 38% with significant improvement following more light treatment, the re - pigmentation increased. The treatment efficacy for skin lesions at different locations is not the same; this difference is statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 001 ） . The treatment efficacy is much better for skin lesions on the face and torso area, compared with lesions on the hands and feet. The treatment of vitiligo with focal and segmental patterns is more effective compared to vitiligo with generalized pattern. Side effects include focal erythema, peeling, blistering, and pain. Subjects usually tolerate side effects well. Conclusion： Vitiligo treatment with 308nm excimer light is effective, with minimal side effects.
