袁河花(鱼骨)驯化及人工繁殖试验

摘　　要：为了开发利用和保护鄱阳湖水系袁河的花(鱼骨)资源,2010-2011年,对采自袁河的野生花(鱼骨)进行了驯养和人工繁殖试验,结果显示:其为高耗氧鱼类,水体溶氧不能低于5mg/L,经过驯化的花(鱼骨)可以摄食人工饵料,用激素组合DOM+LHRH-A2催产野生亲鱼,获得了苗种7万余尾。The domestication and artificial propagation of wild Hemibarbus maculatus cotlected from me I uanne River between 2010 to 2011, in order to exploitation and protection of the H. maculatus resources in Poyang Lake water systems. Results showed that dissolved oxygen in water can not be less than 5mg/L being high oxygen consumption of H. maculatus; the domesticated H. maculatus can feeding artificial feed; wild H. maculatus was induced oestrus by the hormone combination of DOM ＋ LHRH - A2, spawning laval more than 70, 000 tail.
