自制单孔多通道套管腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨泌尿外科应用自制单孔多通道套管腹腔镜技术的临床效果。方法应用自制单孔多通道套管建立操作通道,使用常规腹腔镜及预弯器械,完成24例单孔腹腔镜手术,其中包括精索静脉结扎术9例,肾囊肿去顶术6例,输尿管切开取石术5例,无功能肾切除术2例及肾癌根治术2例。结果本组患者均经单孔腹腔镜手术完成,术中、术后无严重并发症发生。结论自制单孔多通道套管腹腔镜技术安全、可行、成本低,为进一步减少手术创伤开辟了新途径。Objective To explore the clinical effects of laparoscope with homemade singulare muhichannel canoula in urolo-gy. Methods Twenty-four singulare laparoscope operations using conventional laparoscope and pre-bent apparatus were made by ap-plying homemade singulare multichannel canoula to set up operation channel, including 9 cases with high ligation of spermatic vein,6 cases with renal cyst unroofing,5 cases with ureterolithotomy,2 cases with non-functioning nephrectomy and 2 cases with renal carcino-ma radical correction. Results All the operations were completed successfully by applying singulare laparoscope without any serious operative or postoperative complications. Conclusion The technology of laparoscope with homemade singulare multichannel canoula which has the advantages of safety, feasibility and low cost can develop a new method for further reducing operation wound.
