消结安联合硝苯地平治疗乳腺增生伴高血压病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察消结安胶囊联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗乳腺增生伴高血压病的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年1月至2012年6月门诊收治的乳腺增生伴有高血压病患者76例,根据不同的治疗方法分为观察组(消结安组)38例和对照组(乳癖消组)38例。观察2组患者的血压控制情况及乳腺增生的缓解情况。结果治疗3个月后,消结安组乳腺增生的显效率、有效率、总有效率均明显高于乳癖消组(P<0.05);消结安组38例患者服药期间硝苯地平的用量均没做调整,血压较稳定;对照组有2例血压较前升高,经增加硝苯地平的用量后稳定。消结安组对血压稳定性的影响明显小于乳癖消组。结论消结安联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗乳腺增生伴高血压病,服用方便,疗效好,副作用小。Objective To observe the curative effect of the application of Xiaojiean capsules combined with Nifedipine on hyperplasia of mammary glands （and gynecomastia） accompanied with hypertension. Methods According to the different treatment methods, 76 outpatients with breast hyperplasia accompanied with hypertension, treated in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2012, were devided into two groups： Xiaojiean treatment group（38 cases）and Rupixiao con- trast group（38 cases）. Observe the control over the blood pressure and the relief of the hyperlasia of all the patients. Results After three months therapy,the significant efficiency,efficiency,to- tal efficiency of Xiaojiean group were significantly higher than those of Rupixiao group （P〈 0.05） ;The comparison of application of hypotensive drugs and the blood pressure changes taking place between the two groups：Nifedipine dosage was not adjusted durng the time of 38 patients in Xiaojiean group having taken the medincine,blood pressure of the patients was stabler, the blood pressure of the two patients in the contrast group was higher than that of before. By increasing the dose of nifedipine, the blood pressure of them got stable. The effect on the blood pressure stabili- ty of Xiaojiean group was significantly weaker than that of Rupixiao group. Conclusion The curative effect of Xiaojiean capsules combined with extended release Nifedipine tablets on breast hyperplasia ac- companied with hypertension is good,its side effect is little and it is taken conveniently.
