摘　　要：目的对应用拇指桡背侧皮瓣修复拇指远节软组织缺损的病例进行回顾性研究,探讨其治疗方法、注意事项,评价临床疗效。方法选取2010年3月至2012年6月应用拇指桡背侧皮瓣修复拇指远节皮肤软组织缺损病例共32例,皮瓣大小为1.0cm×2.0cm～2.0cm×5.0cm。结果术后3例发生静脉回流障碍,经对应处理部分坏死,通过加强换药得以痊愈,其余29例皮瓣完全成活。随访1月～2年,皮瓣质地优良,外形满意,皮肤弹性好,伤指无疼痛。结论拇指桡背侧皮瓣血供可靠,能满足拇指指端及指腹修复需要,手术操作简单,供区损伤小,是理想的术式选择。Objective The cases which using thumb radial dorsal flap to repair soft tissue defects of the thumb far section were studied retrospectively to explore the application methods and the precautions, and to evaluate the clinical dficacy. Methods From March 2010 to June 2012, a total of 32 cases which using thumb radial dorsal flap to repair soft tissue defects of the thumb far section were enrolled in the study. The size of these flaps was 1.0 cm×2.0 cm ~ 2.0 cm ×5.0 cm. Results After the operation, three cases occurred venous disorders, and then got partial necrosis by the corresponding deal. All the partial necrosis was cured by strengthening the dressing lately. The remaining 29 cases flaps survived completely. Followed up for 1 month to 2 years, the shape of the flap was satisfactory while the texture was excellent and the skin was elasticity. The hurt thumbs were no pain. Conclusion The thumb radial dorsal flaps have the reliable blood supply, which can meet the demands of reconstructing fingertip and pulp of the thumb. The method is an ideal and easy surgical option with minimal invasiveness of the donor site.
