摘 要:提出了钢铅粘弹性阻尼器,对钢铅粘弹性阻尼器构造进行了介绍,对阻尼器进行了性能试验。基于阻尼器试验结果,采用PERFORM 3D软件中的三线性模型对阻尼器单元进行模型,对布置钢铅粘弹性阻尼器结构和无耗能支撑的普通结构进行了多遇地震和罕遇地震作用下的非线性时程分析。分析结果表明:采用三线性模型模拟阻尼单元得出的滞回曲线饱满,与试验滞回曲线吻合的较好,分析时采用三线性模型模拟阻尼器的滞回性能是可行的;钢铅粘弹性阻尼减震结构的层间位移和剪力相比于普通结构都有明显减小,能较好地控制结构的地震反应;在罕遇地震作用时钢铅粘弹性阻尼器能吸收大量地震输入结构能量,减小结构构件产生的塑性变形,保护主体结构安全。A new type steel-lead viscoelastic damper is developed, which the principle, configuration, characteristics are illustrated. The hysteretic behavior is tested under slow reversed cyclic horizontal loads. Based on the test results, The non-linear hysteretic behavior of the SLVD is modeled to adopt the trilinear model. With the use of PERFORM 3D software, the models of the structure with the SLVD and non-brace structure are built, and nonlinear time history analysis under frequently and rarely occurred earthquake are conducted. The analysis results show that: ( 1 ) Hysteretic curve of the SLVD is slippery, and has good seismic energy dissipation capabilities. Trilinear model is identical to the test results, it is feasible to adopt the trilinear model to simulate the damper element in analysis of structure with the SLVD. (2) Comparison on the non-damper structure, the story dirft and the component internal force of structure with the SLVD are obviously reduced. (3) The SLVD can dissipate most of energy under strong earthquake action, and decrease the plastic deformation of the key structural element to protect the structure.
