预期目标管理在ICU仪器管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨目标管理在ICU仪器管理中的应用。方法:制定管理目标,全面落实ICU仪器安全使用管理制度,确保护士对各种仪器安全使用,规范使用流程,强化仪器使用培训,建立仪器使用安全应急预案和加强临床护理观察等措施,使ICU仪器时刻处于完好的备用状态。结果:所有仪器得到良好的维护和保管,护士专业素质、ICU的工作质量与效率得到提高,ICU护理管理工作逐步规范化。结论:目标管理应用于ICU仪器管理,临床效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the application of objective management in the ICU instrument management.Methods:Setting up the management objectives;fully implementing safe use management system of ICU instrument;assuring the nurses of safely using a variety of instruments;regulating the processes;strengthening training of instrument use;establishing the security contingency plans of instrument use and intensifying observation of clinical care;keeping ICU instrument in the standby mode.Results:All instruments have been well preserved and maintained.The quality of the nursing profession,the ICU work quality and efficiency have been improved and then ICU care management will gradually standardized.Conclusion:Since objective management has been used in ICU instrument management,the clinical effect is significant and therefore it should be widely applied.
