摘　　要：[目的]观察电话回访式健康教育对儿童支气管哮喘的干预效果。[方法]将100例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。对照组在门诊采用口头健康教育,实验组在口头健康教育的基础上每半月进行电话回访式健康教育,半年后评估两组患儿肺功能情况和哮喘控制情况。[结果]经回访式健康教育的实验组患儿肺功能各指标和哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]电话回访式健康教育对支气管哮喘患儿的病情控制干预效果显著。Objective： To observe the intervention effect of telephone- interviews style health education for children with bronchial asthma. Methods：A total of 100 cases of children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each. The control group patients received oral health education in the outpatient the experimen- tal group patients received telephone interviews health education for every half a month based on oral health education, the lung function and asthma control of two groups of patients were evaluated after half a year in two groups of children were evaluated. Results：The lung function indicators and the Asthma Control Test （ACT） scores of experimental group were better than that of control group （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Telephoneinterviews health education has significant interventions effect for disease control for children with asthma.
