摘 要:以9份采自川西北高原的野生老芒麦种质资源为试验材料,通过对发芽率、发芽势、萌发指数等指标的观测,筛选出鉴定老芒麦抗旱性的重要指标,在此基础上对供试材料的抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,可将萌发指数作为老芒麦抗旱性鉴定的初级指标,发芽率、96h胚芽长、胚芽长等作为次级指标;将供试老芒麦按抗旱性分为三类,抗旱性较强的是SAG204059。Based on germination rate, germination potential,germination index and other index, drought-resistance of 9 native Elymus sibiricus accessions from northwest plateau of Sichuan province for the test materials were studied when PEG treatment in the germination stage.On the basis of identification important indicator of drought resistance for E. sibiricus, a comprehensive evaluation was carried out. Results showed that, germination index could be optimized as primary indicators;and germination rate, 96h germ long and germ long could be optimized as the sub-indicators. The materials was classified to 3, SAG204059 was much tolerant to drought in this stages.
