摘  要:利用超声波辅助溶胶-凝胶法制备了玻璃板固载TiO2薄膜,并用其对甲基紫溶液进行降解处理,研究了其光催化活性和稳定性.结果表明,涂覆2层且在450℃下焙烧可以得到最佳催化活性的TiO2薄膜.考察了甲基紫溶液初始浓度、pH值以及外加H2O2对降解率的影响,显示初始浓度越低、pH值和降解率越高,添加H2O2能有效提高降解率.The fixed TiO2film prepared by sol -gel method combined with ultrasonic was applied for photo -cata- lytic degradation of methyl violet, and its activity and stability were studied. The results show that better photo - catalysis property of TiO2 film was obtained when coated twice and sintered at 450℃. The effects of initial concen- tration, pH of methyl violet and the volume of H2O2 added on the degradation were examined; the degradation rate increased with the decrease of initial concentration and increase of pH, but it could be effieiently improved by the addition of H2O2.
