摘 要:目的:采用TSE LabMaster呼吸代谢分析系统,比较肾阳虚模型小鼠与正常对照小鼠呼吸代谢转换率(RER)、产热量H(1)、H(2)的差异,为肾阳虚模型的进一步研究提供理论依据。方法:昆明种雄性小鼠25只,随机分为正常对照组和肾阳虚模型组,按0.08 mg/10 g腹腔注射苯甲酸雌二醇注射液造成肾阳虚小鼠模型,正常对照组腹腔注射相同剂量的生理盐水,将两组小鼠放入TSE LabMaster呼吸代谢分析系统进行检测,比较两组小鼠RER、产热量的变化。结果:肾阳虚模型组小鼠RER和产生的热量明显低于正常对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:肾阳虚小鼠模型RER和产热量降低。Objective:Based on the rISE LabMaster respiratory metabolism analysis system,compare with the respiratory ex- change ratio(RER) and heat production(HP) between kidney-yang deficiency mice and normal control mice,and provide a the- oretical basis for kidney-yang deficiency model. Methods:Total 25 male KM mice were selected and divided into two groups randomly:normal control group and kidney-yang deficiency model group. The kidney-yang deficiency models were established by injected 0.08 rag/10 g estradiol benzoate injection in abdominal cavity for 15 days. Normal control group was injected the same dose of saline. The two group mice were respectively placed in the TSE LabMaster respiratory metabolism analysis system to detect RER and HP. Resuhs:RER and HP in model mice were significantly lower than those in normal control group,there were significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusions:RER and HP of kidney-yang deficiency mice were decreased.
