摘  要:以9份采自川西北高原的野生老芒麦种质资源为试验材料,通过对苗期至开花期自然干旱胁迫处理下的生理生化、生长特性、生物量等指标的观测,筛选出鉴定老芒麦抗旱性的重要指标,在此基础上对供试材料的抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:可将干物质胁迫指数作为老芒麦抗旱性鉴定的初级指标,POD活性、株高、叶面积、生育期、分蘖数、地上部分鲜重等作为次级指标;并筛选出抗旱性较强的SAG205190、SAG204059、SAG205164、SAG205171、SAG205118作为抗性育种中间材料进一步研究。Based on observation of physiology and biochemistry, growth characteristics, biomass, drought-resistance of 9 native Elymus sibiricus accessions from northwest plateau of Sichuan province for the test materials were studied under drought stress in the seedling stage to flowering stage.On the basis of identification important indicator of drought resistance for E. sibiricus, a comprehensive evaluation was carried out. Results showed that, drought response index could be optimized as primary indicators;and POD activity,height of plant,leaf area,days of sowing to anthesls, amount of stems,fresh weight of stems and leaves could be optimized as the sub-indicators. SAG205190, SAG204059, SAG205164, SAG205171, SAG205118 were much tolerant to dreugt in this stages,and could be used as important breeding materials in further study.
