摘　　要：以电影《小鞋子》作为电影疗法的药方来透视学生心理,通过对电影疗法实例的分析,给辅导员开展学生工作带来新的启示。辅导员应针对学生情况选择电影,通过情感共鸣达到教育效果。辅导员应根据学生对电影细节关注的差异,根据学生对电影人文关怀的不同思考,深入了解学生的心理诉求,并为之后学生工作的开展指明方向。The movie therapy is a new ways for counselor to understand students＇ philosophy. This paper takes the movie＂The Children Of Heaven＂for example to bring new enlightment to counselor taking work. Counselors can further understand students＇ psychological demands based on students＇ different concern of movie details and thinking the humanities concern of the film. Therefore, counselor should pay attention of the movie choice to reach emotional resonance for education purpose.
