摘　　要：在日常的建筑项目施工管理中,沟通是施工项目单位进行多方管理的重要纽带。文章结合工作实践,主要对建筑工程施工中的沟通管理进行分析探讨。In the daily construction management of building project, communication is the important hnk of making various managements. Combined with work practice, this paper analyzes the communication management in the construction building project.
