摘　　要：自艾滋病合并肺结核流行以来,双重感染时人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)和结核杆菌相互影响、相互促进,使患者病情更加复杂,并给全球的患者带来沉重的身心负担和经济负担。国内外学者对其临床表现和影像特征进行了大量的研究,发现均不同于单纯的肺结核。近年来随着医学影像学和实验室检查技术的发展,临床上对其有了新的认识。通过综合分析临床和影像征象,往往能够获得正确诊断。该文就艾滋病合并肺结核的病理学、临床表现、实验室检查和影像学特征予以综述。Since the prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with AIDS, double infections of HIV and Mycobacterlum tuberculosis affect each other, promote each other, so the patient＇s condition is more complex, bringing heavy physical and mental burden and economic burden to patients worldwide. Domestic and foreign scholars studied and found that its clinical features and imaging characteristics were different to simple pulmonary tuberculosis. In recent years, along with the medical imaging and laboratory examination technology development, clinical recognition of the disease has changed. Comprehensive clinical and imaging feature analysis can provide correct diagnosis. Here is to make a review on the pathology, clinical features,laboratory tests and imaging characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with AIDS.
