摘　　要：目的探讨心肌炎的临床诊断和治疗。方法收集2005年7月至2011年6月赤峰学院附属医院收治的11例心肌炎患者的临床资料,对临床表现、实验室和影像学等检查以及抢救、治疗进行综合分析和讨论。结果 11例患者中死亡4例,3例自动离院,4例好转后出院。结论对心肌炎的早期诊断和及时有效的治疗十分重要。Objective To discuss diagnosis and treatment of myocarditis. Methods Clinical manifestations, relative lab and imaging test results, emergency rescue and therapeutic of 11 patients admitted by Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng college from Jul. 2005 to Jun. 2011 were comprehensively analyzed and discussed. Results Among the 11 patients,4 died,3 left hospital on their intention,3 got better and discharged from hospital. Conclusion Early diagnosis and effective treatment for myocarditis is of great importance.
