摘　　要：目的总结分析电视胸腔镜手术临床应用效果。方法通过回顾性分析2010年1月至2011年12月太和县人民医院行微创电视胸腔镜手术的58例患者的临床资料,探讨电视胸腔镜手术的治疗效果。结果中转开胸2例,余患者均顺利完成手术。手术时间40～200 min,平均115 min。术中出血量20～400 mL,平均200 mL。术后住院时间7～21 d,平均10 d。无围术期死亡和严重并发症的发生。结论电视胸腔镜手术在治疗某些胸部疾病时具有创伤小、痛苦轻、并发症少、恢复快的优点,具有较高的推广价值。Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical effects of video-assisted thoracoscopy surgery（VATS）. Methods The clinical details of 58 patients from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2011, who were treated through VATS in People＇s Hospital of Taihe County were retrospectively analyzed. County. Results 2 cases were switched to conventional thoraeotomy during operation, the others successfully accomplished operation under thoracoscopy. The operation time was 40-200 rain （ mean, 115 min） and the intraoperactive blood loss was 20 -400ml （ mean,200 ml）. The length of postoperative hospital stay of the patients was 7 -21 days （ mean, 10 days）. There were no perioperative mortality and severe complications in all cases. Conclusion Using VATS to treat patients who suffer from chest diseases has the advantages of minimal injury, less pain, less complication and faster recovery, which is of relatively high promotion value.
