摘 要:目的对重症监护病房(ICU)的多重耐药菌进行监测,以期对联合用药方案的选择提供帮助。方法对2009年2月至2012年2月邯郸市第一医院ICU收治的273例院内感染患者进行细菌鉴别和药敏试验(KB法),并进行多重耐药菌分布和耐药性分析。结果 ICU感染以革兰阴性菌为主,占48.72%,真菌和革兰阳性菌分别为36.62%和14.65%,绝大多数的菌株均有不同程度的耐药。结论多重耐药菌的合理监测及联合用药方案对降低医院感染意义重大。Objective To detect the MDR( multi-drug resistance)strain in ICU to help drug combination selection. Methods The distribution and drug resistance of the MDR strains of 273 cases received by Handan First Hospital during Feb. 2009 and Feb. 2012 were analyzed. Results The main infective bacteria were Gram-negative bacteria(48.72% ), fungus and Gram-positive bacteria were respectively 36.62% and 14. 65%. Drug resistance was found in most bacteria in different degrees. Conclusion It is very important for nosocomial infection reduction to detect MDR and apply drug combination reasonably.
