摘　　要：目的评价我院345例B超引导下经皮肝脏穿刺病理活检的安全性。方法回顾性总结2008年11月至2012年10月期间我院住院患者345例,均行B超引导下经皮肝穿刺病理活检,统计并发症的发生率,分析其可能原因。结果 345例B超引导下经皮肝穿刺病理活检过程全部成功,37例需2针穿刺成功,6例需3针穿刺成功。345例病例全部未发生严重并发症,6例轻微并发症经处理后全部恢复正常。结论目前B超引导下经皮肝穿刺已经是比较成熟的技术,穿刺成功率高,并发症少,安全性好,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the safety of B ultrasound guided percutaneous liver biopsy pathology of 345 cases. Methods 345 cases of B ultrasound guided percutaneous liver puncture from November 2008 to October 2012 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The incidences of complications were summarized, and the possible reasons were analyzed. Results All of 345 cases succeeded in B ultrasound guided percutaneous liver puncture. 37 cases needed two needle punctures, 6 cases needed three needle punctures. All 345 cases had no serious complications, 6 cases had mild complications, and returned to normal after treatment. Conclusions At present, B ultrasonic guided percutaneous liver puncture is the comparatively mature technology with higher success rate and fewer complications, which is safe and worthy of popularization and application.
