新型敷料在二、三期褥疮护理中的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新型敷料在二、三期褥疮护理中的临床应用效果。方法选择我院2010年1月至2012年10月诊治的89例二、三期褥疮患者作为研究对象,遵照知情同意原则并按照随机数字表法分为观察组46例和对照组43例,在进行常规褥疮护理的基础上,对照组每日碘伏消毒后用0.1%呋喃西林液湿敷,观察组则于患者褥疮部位应用新型敷料,比较分析两组的临床护理效果。结果观察组的总有效率为97.8%,明显高于对照组的81.4%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.9170,P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为2.2%,对照组为9.3%,组间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.9976,P>0.05)。结论新型敷料在二、三期褥疮护理中的临床应用效果满意,能够明显改善患者的褥疮状态,并且无严重不良反应发生,值得临床信赖。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of new type dressing that applied for second and third stage bedsore nursing. Methods 89 patients with second or third stage bedsore in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2012 were chosen as research objects. In compliance with the principle of informed consent and in accordance with the random number table, they were divided into the observation group （46 cases） and the control group （43 cases）. On the basis of conventional bedsore nursing, patients in the control group were taken with 0.1% nitrofurazone solution for wet dressing after daily iodophor disinfection, while patients in the observation group were taken with new type of dressing on the bedsores. The clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effect rate in the control group was 97.8%, significantly higher than that in the control group, which was 81.4%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （X2 = 4.9170, P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.2% in the observation group and 9.3% in the control group, with no statistically significant difference （X^2 = 0.9976, P 〉0.05）. Conclusions The clinical effect of new type dressing that applied for second and third stage bedsore nursing is satisfactory and reliable, as it can significantly relieve bedsores without serious adverse reactions accompanied.
