摘 要:目的 探讨电话回访式健康教育在出院患者中的应用及效果.方法 选择2012年4月出院患者共236例,随机分为对照组120例,调查组116例.对照组常规出院宣教,出院后不实施电话回访,调查组患者在常规出院宣教的同时,出院7~15天内由主管护士进行电话回访.出院一个月后对两组患者进行对护理工作和对护士主动服务意识满意度调查.结果 调查组患者对护理工作和对护士主动服务意识的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 电话回访可以显著提高患者对护理工作满意度和增强护士主动服务意识.Objective To investigate the effect of telephone follow-up health education for discharged patients. Methods A total of 236 patients discharged in April 2012 were randomly divided into control group of 120 patients, and experimental group of 116 patients. The discharged patients in the control group were instructed how to care at home, but without any telephone follow-up, while the conventional discharged patients in the experiment group were followed up over telephone 7 to 15 days later by the nurses in charge. One month after discharge, patients' satisfaction of nursing and nurses' awareness of active service were surveyed among the two groups. Results Patients' satisfaction of nursing and nurses' consciousness of active nursing service in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Telephone follow-up can significantly improve the patients' satisfaction of nursing and enhance the consciousness of nurses' active service.
