摘　　要：矿床属南秦岭造山带志留系泥质碎屑岩容矿卡林型金矿床。被成矿热液改造的构造片岩含金,黑云母化、硅化、黄铁矿化是找矿标志。该区志留系找金的新突破,对大巴山北部下古生界沉积岩区的找金具借鉴意义。It is a Carlin-type Au deposit in Silurian argillaceous clastic rock of S Qinling orogenic zone.The Au-bearing rock is the structural schist reformed by metallogenetic thermal fluid.The biotitization,silicification and pyritization are the prospecting criteria.The discovery of this Au deposit is a new breakthrough of Au prospecting in S of this area,which has the reference significance in ore prospecting of Lower Palaeozoic sedimentary rock area of N Dabashan.
