摘　　要：目的观察补气健脾清热中药对恶性肿瘤患者自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性及生活质量的影响。方法将200例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为2组,治疗组100例予补气健脾清热中药,对照组100例采用常规治疗,2组均20 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。以Karnofsky(卡氏)评分评价患者生活质量;检测2组治疗前后NK细胞活性变化情况;统计2组临床症状疗效及体质量变化情况。结果治疗组生活质量改善率79.0%,体质量改善率72.0%;对照组分别为39.0%、25.0%。2组生活质量及体质量改善率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组治疗后比较NK细胞活性与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较均明显提高(P<0.05)。治疗组神疲乏力、少气懒言、食欲减退、失眠及自汗临床疗效均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论补气健脾清热中药可明显提高恶性肿瘤患者NK细胞活性,改善生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herb for tonifying qi,strengthening spleen and clearing heat on natural killer cell activity and quality of life for patients with malignant tumors. Methods 200 patients with malignant tumors were randomly divided into two groups. 100 cases in treatment group received Chinese herb for tonifying qi, strengthening spleen and clearing heat. 100 patients in control group received conventional therapy. The course was 20 days in two groups. Quality of life in patients was evaluated by Karnofsky grade. Changes of NK cell ac- tivity and body weight before and after treatment group were analyzed. Results The improvement rate of life quality and body weight in treatment group （79.0% ,72.0% ） was higher than that in control group （39.0% ,25.0% ,P 〈 0.05）. NK cell activity after treatment in treatment group was higher than that before treatment and that in control group after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical effect of fatigue Shenpi, less gas lazy words,loss of appetite, insomnia, and spontaneousin treatment group was better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Chinese herb for tonifying qi, strengthening spleen and clearing heat can significantly enhance natural killer cell activity and quality of life for patients with malignant tumors.
