摘　　要：目的:分析蜂蛰伤的临床表现、救治措施及预后。方法:回顾近3年收治的15例蜂蛰伤患者的临床资料,采取药物及综合治疗。结果:15例患者全部痊愈出院。结论:临床上医生应高度重视蜂蛰伤后患者继发多脏器功能障碍综合征的可能性。发生多脏器功能障碍综合征时及时准确抢救是确保患者生命安全的关键。Objective：To analyze the clinical manifestations,treatment measures and prognosis of bee sting.Methods：A retrospective clinical data of treating 15 patients with bee stings in the last three years were studied.Results：15 patients were all recoveried.Conclusion：We should attach great importance to the secondary multi-organ dysfunction syndrome clinically after bee sting,the key for ensuring the life safety is promptly and accurately to rescue patients.
