摘　　要：洋湖再生水厂一期工程污水处理规模为4万m3/d,是长沙市大河西先导区"两型"社会建设示范工程,采用"MSBR+人工湿地"污水生态处理工艺,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A排放标准,出水作为洋湖生态湿地公园的景观用水和片区中水从而实现污水零排放。本文着重介绍洋湖再生水厂生态治污工艺和污水零排放经验。Yanghu Reclaimed Water Plant tion of the environmentally friendly society the ＂ MSBR ＋ constructed wetland＂ ecol , with a capacity of 40000 m3/d, has been constructed as a demonstra- establishment in Dahexi Pilot Area of Changsha. The Water Plant adopts ogical sewage treatment process, and its effluent quality reaches Class A of Grade I of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant. Instead of being dis- charged , the water is totally used as scenic water for Yanghu Wetland Park and being recycled. This paper gives an introduction of the wastewater treatment process and the experience of the zero discharge.
