中药外敷及灌肠治疗复发性子宫内膜异位症35例

摘　　要：目的探讨中药外敷及灌肠治疗复发性子宫内膜异位症和控制内膜异位症复发的临床效果。方法选取复发性子宫内膜异位症患者70例并按随机数字表法分为两组，35例患者采用中药外敷及中药灌肠作为观察组，35例患者采用孕三烯酮治疗作为对照组，均治疗6个月。结果两组患者治疗后VRS评分较相应组治疗前均显著降低，但观察组治疗后VRS评分明显低于对照组；观察组无1例发生不良反应，对照组8例患者发生不良反应；观察组4例（8．57％）复发，对照组10例（28．57％）复发，两组差异均有统计学意义，观察组患者治疗后30例病灶体积缩小，对照组28例病灶体积缩小，两组差异无统计学意义。结论中药灌肠及外敷治疗复发性子宫内膜异位症，疗效显著，无不良反应，后期复发率低。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of TCM herbs and enema in the treatment of recur- rent uterine endometriosis and control of endometriosis recurrence. Methods The recurrent endometriosis patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases were treated with TCM herbs and Chinese medicine enema as the ob- servation group,35 ninhydrin treatment of patients with pregnancy-ene as the control, group,two groups of patients were treated for six months, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment, VRS scores compared with the corresponding group before treatment was significantly lower. VRS scores in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group. The amenorrhea rate was significantly higher than control group, the complex tidal time at the end of treatment compared with the control group was significantly shorter, the ob- servation group, no case of adverse reactions, the control group, patients experienced adverse events, observation group 4 cases（ 8.57% ） recurrence, in the control group of I0 cases （28.57%） relapse, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant, The patients treatment of 30 cases of lesions decreased in size ,the control group ,had 28 cases of lesions smaller in size,there was no significant difference. Conduslon Chinese herbal enema and topical treat- ment of recurrent uterine endometriosis had significant efficacy,no adverse reactions,late recurrence is low.
