中药粉剂洗浴联合特定电磁波治疗器照射治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药粉剂洗浴联合特定电磁波治疗器（TPD）照射治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的疗效。方法将210例红臀新生儿按随机数字表法分为两组，观察组105例，用中药粉剂洗浴联合TPD治疗；对照组105例，用温水清洗患处后用TPD照射治疗。结果两组疗效比较，观察组总有效率为95．2％，对照组总有效率为85．7％，观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中药粉剂洗浴联合TPD照射治疗新生儿尿布皮炎效果好，值得在临床上推广。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine powder bath combined with TPD irradiation on the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis. Methods Totals of 210 cases of neonatal diaper dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups, 105 cases in observation group, which received the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine powder bath combined with TPD, and other 105 cases in control group, received the treatment of TPD irradiation after washing. Results After the intervention, the observation group efficiency was 95.2%, and that of control group was 85.7%, so the effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine powder bath combined with TPD irradiation in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis is good, worthy of clinical popularization.
