摘　　要：目的探讨Jostent带膜支架治疗外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘(TCCF)的方法及有效性、安全性。方法自2007年2月至2010年11月,应用带膜支架治疗外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘患者8例,8例患者共置入8枚带膜支架。结果所有患者均用带膜支架Jostent成功治疗,术后即刻造影显示瘘口消失,颈内动脉保持通畅。随访6个月至1年,均未见复发颈内动脉保持通畅,没有狭窄或闭塞。结论带膜支架Jostent治疗TCCF方法安全可靠、效果好,但有其适应症和局限性。Objective To explore the methods, safety and effect of endovascular treatment of traumatic carotid cavernous fistulas（TCCFS） with covered stents. Methods Clinical data of 8 patients with TCCFs treat with endovascular covered stents between Feb 2007 and Nov 2010 were retrospectively reviewed. Eightcovered stents were implanted successfully. Results All TCCFs were successfully treated with covered stent. The postoperative angiogram revealed obliteration of all internal carotid arteries （ICA） were fully patent. Follow - up study 6months to 1 year showed that ICA patency was fully preserved without stenosis or occlusion in all patients. Conclusions Covered stents （Jostent） , endovascular therapy is a safe and effective method for treatment of TCCF. It should be considered as an alternative method after careful preoperative evaluation of indication and limitation.
