摘 要:目的探讨肠内营养干预应用于经皮内镜下胃造瘘术患者临床效果及护理干预措施。方法选取我院2009年8月至2012年1月收治行经皮内镜下胃造瘘术患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和肠内营养组,其中对照组30例,采用常规护理干预;肠内营养组30例,在常规护理基础上,加用肠内营养支持;比较两组患者护理满意度以及并发症发生率等。结果肠内营养组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);肠内营养组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预结合肠内营养支持能够有效改善经皮内镜下胃造瘘术患者临床护理满意度,减少并发症发生,改善预后。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of enteral nutrition intervention on patients with percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy and nursing interventions. Methods In the period from August 2009 to January 2012 62 patients with percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (30 patients) with conventional nursing intervention and enteral nutrition group (30 patients) with enteral nutrition intervention on the basis of conventional nursing intervention ; the nursing care satisfaction and complication incidence of two groups were compared. Results The nursing care satisfaction was significantly higher than control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; and the complication incidence of enteral nutrition group was significantly lower than control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The nursing intervention combined with enteral nutrition support on patients with percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy can improve the clinical nursing satisfaction, reduce complications risk, and improve the prognosis..
