摘  要:对不同遗传来源的3,4,6,9,10,12,14,40,250,325号等10份茄子高代自交系进行低温处理,处理方法为:前2 d白天15℃,夜间10℃,光照度4 000 lx,从第3天开始,白天10℃,夜间7℃,光照度4 000 lx,处理10 d。然后调查耐低温性、株高、茎粗、POD活性、SOD活性、MDA的质量摩尔浓度、脯氨酸的质量分数等指标。结果表明,常温下上述性状差异不显著,经低温处理差异显著,耐低温性与处理后的株高、茎粗、POD活性、SOD活性密切相关。材料14,4号的耐低温性较强;材料325,9号的耐低温性较弱;材料3,250,10,40,12号的耐低温性居中。The materials of No 3,4,6,9,10,12,14,40,250,325 were carried on low temperature treatments. Processing method: 15℃/10℃ in day/night with everyday by the light intensity of 4 000 lx for 2 days, then 10℃/7℃ in day/night with everyday by the light intensity of 4 000 lx for 10 days. Several characters such as the low temperature resistance, plant height, stalk diameter, POD activity, SOD activity, MDA content and Pro content, were investigated. The results indicated that there was no big influence on the characters at normal temperature, but there was big influence on the characters at low temperature. The relationship of low tempera- ture resistance, plant height, stalk diameter, POD activity, SOD activity were osculation. The materials such as No 14, 4 were high tolerance to low temperature; the materials such as No 325,9 were low tolerance to low temperature; the materials such as No 3,250,10,40,12,10 were medium tolerance to low temperature ; the regression equation of low temperature .resistance appraising on eggplants was obtained, that is Y = - 0.554+1.138 4 X1+0.038 4 X2. In,this equation Y was the low temperature resistance; X1 , X2 were the stalk diame- ter and SOD activity after low-temperature treatments.
