摘　　要：讨论了色谱分析实验课程的作用,分析了色谱分析实验课程现状提出了改革的必要性,建立了"模块式"教学内容和"阶梯式"教学法,教学实践证明学生的动手能力和实践创新能力得到提高。In this paper, we discussed the function of chromatography analysis experiment in teaching course of action, and put forward the necessity of reform to be aimed at status of chromatography analysis experiment. Then a modular teaching content and ladder style teaching method is established. The practice proves that the students＇ practical ability and innovation capability has been improved.
