摘 要:新疆某金矿氰化尾渣含Cu0.29%、Pb0.27%、Zn0.66%、Au0.65t/g、Ag6.2t/g,铅锌氧化较严重而难于回收,铜为主要回收对象,进行了药剂制度和浮选条件的探索试验研究。在一粗一扫二精的条件下,选用Na2SO3+ZnSO4为锌硫矿物的抑制剂、PAC为铜矿物捕收剂,获得了铜品位15.27%、铜回收率80.55%,铜精矿中金品位8.32g/t,回收率23.46%;银品位129g/t,回收率37.69%的指标,实现了尾渣中铜矿物的综合回收。The cyanide tailings of a gold ore in Xinjiang contains Cu0.29%, PbO. 27%, Zn0.66%, Au0.65t/g and Ag6.2t/g. It is difficult to recover lead and zinc for their serious oxidation. The copper is the main object to recov- er. The reagent system and the flotation condition were explored. When the flowsheet of one roughing, one scaven- ging and two cleaning was adopted ,using Na2SO3 +ZnSO4 as depressant for zinc and sulfide and PAC as collector for copper,the copper grade of 15.27% and the recovery of 80.55% ,the gold grade of 8.32g/t and the recovery of 23. 46% and the silver grade of 129g/t and the recovery of 37.69% were obtained ,realizing the comprehensive recovery of copper in the tailings
