摘  要:目的评价细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)和转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)在轮状病毒肠炎伴心肌损害患儿早期诊断和治疗中的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测TGF-β、IL-6,化学发光法检测ICAM-1。结果中、重型轮状病毒肠炎伴心肌损害患儿血液中ICAM-1和IL-6水平明显高于轻型轮状病毒肠炎伴心肌损害患儿和健康对照组儿童;但TGF-β水平明显低于轻型轮状病毒肠炎伴心肌损害患儿和健康对照组儿童。不同病情轮状病毒肠炎伴心肌损害患儿血液中ICAM-1和IL-6与病情呈正相关。结论血清ICAM-1、IL-6和TGF-β联合检测能够早期、准确、灵敏地诊断轮状病毒肠炎伴心肌损害,尤其是IL-6水平的变化,为判断预后及病情发展提供了有效的免疫学依据。Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of serum ICAM-1, IL-6 and TGF-β for early diagnosis and treatement of children rotavirus enteritis complicating myocardial damage. Methods The levels of IL-6 and TGF-β were tested with ELISA and the concentration of ICAM-1 was detected by chemiluminescence. Results The levels of ICAM-1 and IL-6 in moderate and severe children rotavirus enteritis complicating myocardial damage were significantly higher than those in mild chil- dren rotavirus enteritis complicating myocardial damage and the healthy control group. On the contrary, the level of TGF-β in moderate and severe children rotavirus enteritis complicating myocardial damage was significantly lower than that in in mild chil- dren rotavirus enteritis complicating myocardial damage and the healthy control group. The levels of ICAM-1 and IL-6 in different severities of children rotavirus enteritis complicating myocardial damage were positively correlated to the children' s condition. Conclusion The combination detection of serum ICAM-1, IL-6 and TGF-β can diagnose rotavirus enteritis complicating myocar- dial damage more earlier, more accurately and more sensitively,especially the IL-6 level change can provide the effective im- munological basis for judging the prognosis and illness development.
