摘　　要：提出的改进型IC卡预付费智能水表系统,在传统设计的基础上,采用双干簧管传感器,可判别水流方向,并提高抗强磁干扰能力。系统以短信猫取代传统智能水表的显示屏和报警装置,在强拆除、电源欠压、水费不足、强磁干扰等情况下,自动发送短信提醒用户。在非工作状态下,系统各部分处于掉电状态,更进一步降低功耗,实现节能。In this article, prepayment intelligent water meter system which based-on IC card is improved. By reed switches, reed sensor not only can distinguish the water flow direction, but also gets high performance on electromagnetic interference in system.
