摘  要:采用分光光度法测定电镀锡-铋合金镀层和溶液中铋含量,介绍了分析原理、试剂、仪器、分析步骤及分析结果计算。实验证明,显色体系稳定,方法简单快捷,镀层中铋的测定回收率为92%~93%,镀液中硝酸铋的测定回收率为94%~105%。此方法适用于工厂批量生产的镀层成分检验及溶液成分维护。Bismuth content in tin-bismuth alloy coatings and electroplating solutions was determinated by spectrophotometry. The analytic principle, reagent,instrument, analytic step and resultant account were all introduced. The tests indicate that the color apparent system is stable and the method is simple and fast. The recovery of bismuth determinated in the coatings is 92% -93% ,and the recovery of bismuth nitrate determinated in the plating solution is 94% - 105%. This method is suitable for composition inspection of coatings and component maintenance of solutions during batch production of factory.
