摘　　要：高碱性磺酸盐复合钙基润滑脂是一种高温多效润滑脂,自20世纪80年代问世以来,已经在国内外获得迅速发展。这类润滑脂适合用在高温、重负荷、水淋、防锈等场合,已经在冶金、造纸、化工、汽车等领域获得良好应用。文章综述了高碱性磺酸盐复合钙基润滑脂的研究历程、制备方法、性能及应用,将有助于认识和了解这类润滑脂。同时还对高碱性磺酸盐复合钙基润滑脂下一步的研究重点和发展方向进行了分析和展望,希望能促进对该类润滑脂的研究和应用。Overbased calcium sulphonate complex grease is a kind of high temperature multifunctional grease. Since 1980＂s, it has been developed rapidly at home and abroad. This kind of grease is suitable for use in the conditions of high tempera- ture, heavy road, watering and anti - rust. It has been used well in the area of metallurgy, papermaking, chemical engineer- ing and automobile. This paper reviews the developing history, preparation method, property and application of the over- based calcium sulphonate complex grease and analyzes its developing trends. It will promote the research and application of this grease.
