摘 要:针对混合动力汽车控制系统的通信需求和控制策略,提出了一种基于CAN总线的分布式信息集成控制网络的拓扑结构。采用飞思卡尔HCS12系列双核微处理器开发了用于传感信号采集和总线数据收发的信息集成模块;设计了CAN总线应用层协议,研究了协议中优先级分配、单帧与多帧标识、数据长度与帧编号等机制;采用RMA方法对所设计的总线控制网络的负载率、实时性进行分析。台架试验测试结果表明,该信息集成控制网络综合性能良好,能够满足混合动力汽车控制系统的要求。In view of the requirements on communication and control strategies in hybrid electric vehicle, topology of a distributed control network based on CAN bus is presented. Freeseale's HCS12 serials dual core processor is adopted to develop an information integration module for sensor signal sampling and bus data transmitting. Application layer protocol based on CAN is developed, as well as the mechanism on priority allocation, single-frame/muhi-frame identification, data length and frame numbering are investigated. Rate Monotonic Method (RAM) is adopted to analyze bus load rate and real-time performance of the proposed control network. Bench test results have shown that the proposed information integration control network is reliable and effective, which can meet the demands from hybrid electric vehicle control system.
