摘 要:目的为探讨硫酰氟熏蒸灭蚊效果,以确定硫酰氟熏蒸灭蚊的最佳剂量及温度、湿度对其熏蒸效果的影响情况。方法在模拟熏蒸箱内进行试验,根据均匀设计实验分组确定的实验条件,对受试蚊虫熏蒸24 h观察死亡率。结果单因素分析显示硫酰氟熏蒸灭蚊效果随着硫酰氟剂量的增加而升高,而温度、湿度对其熏蒸灭蚊效果影响不显著;但多因素分析结果显示温度、硫酰氟剂量、湿度的交互作用均显著影响硫酰氟熏蒸灭蚊效果。结论本研究在自行研制的模拟熏蒸箱内进行,初步建立了温度、剂量与硫酰氟熏蒸灭蚊效果相关的统计学模型,能够为口岸卫生处理工作提供参考依据。Objective To investigate the efficacy of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation against mosquito, and determine proper dosage and the influence of temperature, humidity on fumigation effect. Methods According to the experimental conditions determined by uniform design, mosquitoes tested in sealed fumigation container was fumigated for 24 h, and then, the mortality was observed. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that, with sulfuryl fluor- ide dosage increasing, sulfuryl fluoride had fumigation effect against mosquito;Whereas, the effect of temperature and humidity on fumigation was not significant. Multivariate analysis showed that the interaction of temperature, sulfuryl fluoride dosage, humidity all influenced the fumigation effect. Conclusion Statistical model developed in sealed fumigation container is established in this study and provides reference for sanitary dealing at ports.
