摘 要:目的了解开展创建卫生城市活动中病媒生物的防治效果。方法观察防治前、后病媒生物的密度变化;鼠密度观察采用鼠迹法,蟑螂密度观察采用药激法和目测法,蝇密度观察采用目测法,蚊密度观察采用容器法。结果鼠平均密度由防治前的3.35%降至防治后的1.25%;蟑螂平均密度由防治前的3.56%降至防治后的1.0%;蝇平均密度由防治前的5.86%降至防治后的0.75%;蚊密度由防治前的1.15%降至防治后的0。经统计学处理P﹤0.01,防治前、后有非常显著性差异。结论兰州市在开展创建卫生城市活动中对病媒生物防治的效果显著。Objective To understand the effects of biological vectors prevention and control in the activities of health city creation. Methods The densities of disease vectors before and after prevention and control were observed. Rat density was observed using rat trace method. Cockroach density was observed using drug stimulation method and visual method. Fly density was observed using visual method. Mosquito density was observed using container method. Results The rat density dropped from 3.35% ( before control) to 1.25% ( after control). The cockroach density declined from 3. 56% ( before control) to 1.00% ( after control). Fly density declined from 5.86% (before control) to 0.75% (after control). Mosquito density declined from 1.15% (before control) to 0 ( after control). There was significant difference before and after control ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The effects of biological vector control are significant in the activities of health city creation in Lanzhou city.
