龙胆泻肝汤治疗湿热型慢性湿疹40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察龙胆泻肝汤治疗湿热型慢性湿疹的疗效。方法:选取湿热型慢性湿疹患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗组给予龙胆泻肝汤治疗,对照组给予口服西替利嗪治疗,4周后观察其症状、体征的改变情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后2组总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者治疗后主要症状体征评分比较除红斑外,治疗组其余3项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤能有效的改善慢性湿疹的临床症状和体征。Objective： Observe the efficacy Longdan chronic eczema treatment of damp - heat. Method： Select the 80 cases of patients with chronic eczema damp-heat, were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group, 40 patients in each treatment group given Longdan treatment and control group was given oral cetirizine therapy, after 4 weeks, respectively, and observedchange of symptoms, signs and clinical efficacy. Result： After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Major signs and symptoms scores between the two groups of patients after treatment in addition to erythema, and the remaining three indicators of the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Longdan can effectively improve a chronic eczema clinical signs and symptoms.
