医院内病人转运危险因素分析及对策

摘　　要：总结了2010年1月～2011年11月发生的7例转运不良事件,分析其危险因素,拟订应对措施。危险因素包括转运工具、转运技术、规章制度、环境、病情等,其对策为转运前充分准备、转运中严密监测,完善转运规章制度、给予清晰的流程指引、加强转运技术培训。认为对医院内转运病人进行规范化管理,能减少不良事件的发生,达到安全转运的目的 。To summanrizes adverse events during patients internalhospital transport from Jan 2010 to Nov 2011,analyzing the crisis factors and drawing up some countermeasures.There are certain factors which can cause crisis during the transport,such as improper transport vehicle,wrong transport means,faulty rules and complicated patients condition.The countermeasures include making full preparation before transport,monitoring during transport carefully,improving transport rules and regulation,giving process guidance,giving more training about how to transportsafely.We believe that standardized management of patients＇ interalhospital transport clearly can reduce the occurrence of adverse issues and enhance the purpose of safe patient transport.
